The Royal Decree establishes a new title, "Vožvode", in the Principality of Kaharagia to recognize individuals who have shown exceptional loyalty. The lifetime title, equivalent to the Sovereign's Sibling, grants the individual peerage privileges, rights, and a ceremonial Mace, along with the responsibility to counsel the Sovereign. The honor, however, can be revoked due to misconduct.

WHEREAS, We take pride in the structure and orderliness of Our honours and titles and acknowledge the importance of instituting positions of significance for the service of Our subjects;
And CONSIDERING the need to create a new dignity, that of the Vožvode, to ennoble those among Our populace who have displayed exemplary loyalty and devotion to Our cause;
Now, THEREFORE, We, in Our Sovereign capacity, having considered these honourable factors and with the authority vested in Us, do hereby decree as follows:
Article I: Creation of the Dignity of Vožvode
1.1 We hereby establish the dignity of Vožvode in the Principality of Kaharagia. This dignity is not a single office for one individual but a title and dignity that can be granted to as many individuals as deemed suitable by the Sovereign.
1.2 The Vožvodship shall elevate a member to the Notables of the Realm, placing them in a position of special rank and precedence equivalent to that of the Sovereign’s Sibling.
1.3 The induction into Vožvodship will place the chosen individual among the peerage, conferring upon them all associated rights and privileges of a Peer of the Realm.
1.4 This dignity is held solely for the lifetime of the recipient and does not pass to their heirs. It is held at the pleasure of the Sovereign and may be stripped by a Royal Decree in case of misconduct or otherwise displeasure.
1.5 If the Vožvode does not already possess a higher style of address, they shall henceforth be entitled to be addressed as “The Most Noble and Excellent” and bear the style of “Excellency”.
Article II: Insignia and Symbols of Office
2.1 The Vožvode shall be entitled to display on their coat of arms an ermine-trimmed red cap with a gold tassel, signifying their status within the Kaharagian Peerage. In addition, they may incorporate supporters and superimpose a crossed Mace behind their shield. These privileges, including the right to emblazon their arms with the crossed Mace, supporters, and the red cap, are granted solely for the lifetime of the Vožvode and explicitly do not pass to their heirs.
2.2 They shall be bestowed with a ceremonial Mace, symbolising the special trust We, the Sovereign, have placed upon them. On occasions where a Mace is inappropriate, they shall bear a Marshal’s Baton.
2.3 They shall wear a distinctive uniform adorned with the rank insignia of a Vožvode, consisting of a Mace crossed over a wreath ensigned with a crown. This uniform, denoting their civil and military dignity, places the Vožvode as the most senior rank, only junior to the Sovereign and equal to a field marshal or OF-10 in NATO rank codes.
Article III: Privileges and Responsibilities
3.1 The Vožvode is granted the right to wear a sword at court and is entrusted with the duty to provide counsel to the Sovereign. In addition, they are to be saluted by all ranks.
3.2 While the role of the Vožvode is generally ceremonial, the position carries significant importance in terms of the honour and prestige it confers upon the holder. The Vožvode shall uphold the honour of their position, demonstrating loyalty and dedication to the Principality of Kaharagia and to the Sovereign. Misconduct or breach of these duties can result in penalties, including the revocation of the Vožvodeship.
Article IV: Enactment, Compliance, and Enforcement
4.1 This decree, effective immediately upon its promulgation, requires the strict adherence of all subjects of the realm, court officials, and servants of the Crown.
4.2 The enforcement of this decree, upholding all rights, privileges, duties, and responsibilities incumbent upon the Vožvodeship, shall rest with the Crown and the relevant authorities.
