Royal Decree No. 12/2023 of the 2nd of August 2023 on granting Kaharagian nationality to Daniel Ferreira da Silva of the Federative Republic of Brazil

This royal decree grants Kaharagian nationality and citizenship to Mr. Daniel da Silva, originally from Brazil, in accordance with previous royal decrees that outline the process of Kaharagian naturalization and define Kaharagian nationality. The decree bestows upon Mr. da Silva all the rights, responsibilities, and prerogatives of a natural-born Kaharagian citizen and takes effect immediately.

WHEREAS, A petition has been presented to Us by Daniel da Silva for admission among Our noble Subjects;

HAVING REGARD TO Royal Decree No. 3/2010 dated the 17th of July 2010, which elucidates the process of Kaharagian naturalisation;

And CONSIDERING Royal Decree No. 7/2022 dated the 5th of April 2022, which provides a definition of Kaharagian nationality;

Now, THEREFORE, We, in Our Sovereign capacity, having considered these factors and with the authority vested in Us, do hereby decree as follows:

Article I: Bestowal of Nationality and Associated Rights

1.1 Daniel da Silva, born on 23rd September 2004 in the Federative Republic of Brazil, now residing in São Paulo, Brazil, is hereby granted Kaharagian nationality and citizenship.

1.2 He shall henceforth enjoy all the rights, responsibilities, and prerogatives to which a natural-born Kaharagian citizen is entitled and shall be recognised and deemed as such.

Article II: Implementation and Enforcement

2.1 This decree shall take effect immediately upon its promulgation.

2.2 All subjects of the realm, court officials, and servants of the Crown shall adhere to this decree.

2.3 The execution of this decree shall be overseen by the relevant authorities and the Crown, specifically, Our Secretary of State.

GIVEN under Our Hand and the Great Seal of Our Principality, at Our Court in Detroit, This 1st day of August, in the year of Our Lord Two Thousand and Twenty-Three, and the Fourteenth of Our reign.
