Statutes of the Royal Order of the Kaharagian Eagle

The Statutes of the Royal Order of the Kaharagian Eagle establish the name, governance, grades, insignia, and ceremonial provisions of the House Order.

Art. IName, Nature, and FeastThe House Order shall be styled The Royal Order of the Kaharagian Eagle. The Feast of the Order shall be observed annually on 16 July, being Foundation Day of Kaharagia.
Art. IISovereignty and Government of the OrderThe reigning Prince of Kaharagia shall be Sovereign of the Royal Order of the Kaharagian Eagle. The Sovereign may appoint a Grand Master from among the Members of the Royal House.
Art. IIIGrades of the OrderThe Royal Order shall consist of four Grades: Knight or Dame Grand Cross, Knight or Dame Grand Commander, Knight or Dame Commander, and Knight or Dame.
Art. IVRoyal MembersPrinces and Princesses of the Royal House, being children of the Sovereign, shall be Knights or Dames Grand Cross of the Order from birth.
Art. VThe Insignia of the OrderThe Badge of the Order shall consist of a Maltese cross of four equal arms, enamelled, surrounded by a laurel wreath in gold and surmounted by the Royal Crown.
Art. VIManner of Wearing the InsigniaThe insignia of each Grade shall be worn according to the prescribed manner, with specific provisions for each of the four Grades.
Art. VIIThe SealThe Seal of the Order shall consist of a simplified depiction of the insignia in single colour, encircled by the words "The Royal Order of the Kaharagian Eagle."
Art. VIIIHonours and PrecedenceKnights and Dames Grand Cross shall be entitled, when wearing the insignia of the Order, to the military honour of Present Arms.
Art. IXExecutionOur Secretary of State and the Secretary of the Chancellery of the Royal Kaharagian Honours shall each be charged with the execution and observance of these Statutes.
