Article 13 — Execution of Sanctions

   Fines shall be payable within ninety (90) days of the judgment becoming final, or in such instalments as the competent authority may permit.

2. 2.

   Community service orders shall consist of digital or administrative tasks performed for the benefit of the State or the community, supervised by the competent authority. The total number of hours imposed shall not exceed two hundred and forty (240) hours. Community service must respect the dignity of the person at all times.

3. 3.

   Public censure shall be published in the Official Gazette and on the relevant State digital platform. The publication shall remain accessible for the duration specified in the judgment.

4. 4.

   Where revocation of honours, titles, or decorations is ordered, the Royal Chancellery shall record the revocation and notify the Sovereign.

5. 5.

   Exclusion from State services, registers, or digital platforms shall be implemented through modification of digital access credentials. Exclusion must be limited to the specific services or platforms specified in the judgment.

6. 6.

   Where forfeiture is ordered, the competent authority shall take possession or control of the forfeited assets. Proceeds of forfeiture shall be applied to the public treasury.
