Article 19 — Evidence of Nationality

The legal status of Kaharagian nationality is evidenced exclusively by registration in the National Register of Kaharagian Nationals.

Extracts and certificates issued from the Register by the Royal Chancellery constitute official proof of nationality and shall be accepted as such by all organs and authorities of the State.

Where a question of nationality arises in any proceeding or matter, the Royal Chancellery shall, upon request, issue a certificate confirming or denying that a person is recorded in the Register as a national.

4.
No other document, declaration, or record constitutes proof of Kaharagian nationality, save as secondary or corroborating evidence where the Register is unavailable or incomplete.
