Article X — Authentication and Registration

1. 1.

   Every General Regulation shall be authenticated by the Secretary of the Royal Chancellery, the Clerk of the Royal Chancellery acting under lawful authority, or another officer authorised by the Sovereign.

   The Great Seal shall be affixed where required by the Sovereign or by law.

3. 3.

   The Royal Chancellery shall assign each instrument a unique official number and enter it in the proper register.

4. 4.

   The authenticated instrument held by the Royal Chancellery shall constitute the official original.
