Civil Code of the State of the Kaharagians
The Civil Code governs private legal relations within the State.

| Title II — Family Law | Addresses marriage, matrimonial property, dissolution, parentage, parental authority, custody, and maintenance. |
| Title III — Property | Addresses ownership of movable property, intangible property, and digital assets. As Kaharagia exercises no territorial sovereignty, immovable property is governed by the law of its situation. |
| Title IV — Obligations and Contracts | Addresses the formation, effects, performance, and extinction of contractual and other obligations, including electronic contracts. |
| Title V — Succession | Addresses intestate and testamentary succession, the rights of the surviving spouse, the reserved portion, and the administration of estates. |
| Title VI — Private International Law | Addresses the determination of the applicable law, the recognition of foreign acts and judgments, and cooperation with host jurisdictions. |
