Fundamental Laws of the State of the Kaharagians

The Fundamental Laws establish the constitutional foundation of the State of the Kaharagians, defining the State, the Sovereign, national symbols, the Royal House, nationals, rights and dignity, legislative authority, jurisdiction, extraordinary measures, and the amendment process.

Title V — Nationals of the StateSets out the constitutional principles governing Kaharagian nationality and the rights of nationals.
Title VI — Rights, Dignity, and the Rule of LawGuarantees natural rights, due process, and the principles of dignity and the rule of law.
Title VII — Legislative AuthorityDefines the forms of law, the processes of promulgation and publication, and the principles of interpretation.
Title VIII — JurisdictionEstablishes the jurisdictional framework, the competent authorities, and the principles of judicial review.
Title IX — Extraordinary MeasuresProvides for the exercise of emergency and extraordinary powers by the Sovereign.
Title X — AmendmentSets out the procedure for amendment and revision of the Fundamental Laws.
