This title establishes the constitutional framework for nationality, allegiance, protection, and civil status.


Chapter 1 — Nationality, Allegiance, and Protection

Art. 28NationalityNationality of Kaharagia is defined and regulated by law; Law shall provide for the acquisition, confirmation, and loss of nationality, including by descent, naturalisation, registration, or other lawful modes as the Sovereign may determine.
Art. 29AllegianceNationals owe loyalty and allegiance to the Crown; Allegiance includes the duty of fidelity, obedience to lawful authority, and abstention from acts of treason, sedition, or other grave disloyalty as defined by law.
Art. 30ProtectionThe State extends recognition and protection to its nationals in accordance with law.
