Title III — Offences Against the State and Public Order

This title defines offences against sovereign authority, the administration of justice, and public order.


Chapter 1 — Offences Against Sovereign Authority and State Instruments

Art. 15Falsification of the Great Seal and State InstrumentsPursuant to Article 40(4) of the Fundamental Laws, the falsification of the Great Seal and other instruments of State authentication constitutes a grave offence under this Article.
Art. 16Misuse of Sovereign InsigniaAny person who, without authorisation, uses, reproduces, distorts, or publicly displays the Coat of Arms, the national flag, or any other sovereign symbol of the State of the Kaharagians commits an offence.
Art. 17Impersonation of State Officials or OrgansAny person who falsely represents themselves as a Kaharagian official, judge, agent, or organ of State, or as a person acting under the authority of the State, commits an offence.
Art. 18Fraud Against State RegistersAny person who knowingly provides false information, forged documents, or materially misleading declarations for the purpose of procuring an entry, amendment, or deletion in any State register commits an offence.

Chapter 2 — Offences Against the Administration of Justice
