Any person who, without authorisation, uses, reproduces, distorts, or publicly displays the Coat of Arms, the national flag, or any other sovereign symbol of the Principality of Kaharagia commits an offence.
Any person who uses any sovereign insignia of the Principality, or any mark, emblem, or design substantially resembling such insignia, in a manner calculated to create a false impression of State authority, endorsement, or affiliation commits an offence.
This includes use in digital platforms, applications, websites, documents, communications, or any other medium.
It is a defence to a charge under paragraph 1 that the use was made in good faith for the purposes of commentary, education, journalism, or satire, and did not create a genuine risk of confusion as to State authority or endorsement.
Classification. An offence under this Article is a serious offence.
Sanctions. A person found guilty of an offence under this Article is liable to any or all of the following sanctions:
