This title governs the composition, internal law, and dynastic affairs of the Royal House.
Chapter 1 — Royal House Law

Chapter 2 — Succession and Regency

| Art. 25 | Automatic Succession | Upon the demise or abdication of the Sovereign, the Crown passes immediately and automatically in accordance with Royal House Law. No interregnum shall occur. |
| Art. 26 | Regency | Where the Sovereign is incapacitated or a minor, sovereign authority shall be exercised by a Regent in accordance with Royal House Law. |
| Art. 27 | Abdication | The Sovereign may abdicate by solemn written instrument; The instrument shall be signed by the Sovereign and shall state the effective time of abdication; unless otherwise stated, abdication takes effect upon authentication. |
