Title III — National Symbols
This title establishes and protects the official symbols and ceremonial elements of the State.
Chapter 1 — Symbols of State

| Art. 19 | Flags of Kaharagia | The Standard of the Sovereign is the personal standard of the Sovereign and takes precedence over all other flags. |
| Art. 20 | Coat of Arms, Achievements, and Great Seal | The Coat of Arms of Kaharagia is the personal arms of the Sovereign and the supreme heraldic emblem of the State. The authority of the Arms derives from the person of the Sovereign and extends to the State as a whole. |
| Art. 21 | Motto and Anthem | The motto of the State is "Pro Deo et Patria" ("For God and Country"). |
