Title VIII — Jurisdiction
This title establishes the jurisdictional framework of the State, including personal jurisdiction, registration, digital governance, and relations with host jurisdictions.
Chapter 1 — Personal Jurisdiction

Chapter 2 — Registration and Legal Effect

Chapter 5 — Digital Governance

Chapter 6 — Host Jurisdictions

| Art. 47 | Relations with Host Jurisdictions | Kaharagian nationals are subject to the mandatory law of their respective host jurisdictions. Nothing in the laws of the State relieves a national of the obligation to comply with the law of the jurisdiction in which they are physically present. |
