Article 43 - Registry Authority

Official acts, status, titles, honours, and recognitions acquire legal effect upon proper registration in accordance with law.

Registers may include, without limitation: the Royal Kaharagian Gazette; the civil status registers; the register of nationality; the register of legal persons; registers of honours and titles; and registers of State property.

Where the law requires registration as a condition of validity, an unregistered act has no legal effect. Where the law requires registration for effect against third parties, an unregistered act is not effective against third parties.

The competent registrar or chancery shall maintain registers with integrity, continuity, and verifiability, and shall issue certified extracts as provided by law.

The Seat of Government, for purposes of registration and publication, is the place or platform designated by the Sovereign.
