Article 44 - Voluntary Submission
-
Non-nationals may submit to the jurisdiction of the State by contract or formal declaration in accordance with law.
-
Submission may be general or limited to specified matters, and may include a choice of Kaharagian law and forum, subject to mandatory law and public order.
-
Submission shall be evidenced in writing or in a durable form capable of verification.
-
Submission does not of itself create nationality, nor does it relieve any person from compliance with the mandatory law of the place where they are physically present.
-
The State may refuse or terminate acceptance of submission in cases of fraud, abuse, or incompatibility with public order, as provided by law.
