Title IV — Supervision, Remedies, and Final Provisions

This title provides for the supervisory authority, remedies and sanctions, and final provisions.

Article	Title	Description
Art. 24	Supervisory Authority	The Sovereign of the State of the Kaharagians shall be the supervisory authority for the purposes of this Code and shall be responsible for monitoring and enforcing the application of its provisions.
Art. 25	Powers of the Supervisory Authority	The supervisory authority shall have the following investigative powers:.
Art. 26	Cooperation with Foreign Data Protection Authorities	The supervisory authority may cooperate with the data protection authorities of other jurisdictions for the purpose of ensuring the effective enforcement of data protection legislation and the protection of the rights of data subjects.

Art. 27	Right to Lodge a Complaint	Every data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes any provision of this Code.
