Article 22 - Royal House Law

Matters concerning the Royal House are governed exclusively by Royal House Law, dynastic tradition, and Sovereign Decree.

Royal House Law is declared by the Sovereign as Head of the Royal House, and may be expressed in decrees, statutes of the House, family compacts, or other instruments recognised by dynastic tradition.

Royal House Law may provide for internal councils, officers of the Household, courts of honour, or other mechanisms for the governance of the House.

In case of conflict between Royal House Law and ordinary law in a dynastic matter, Royal House Law shall prevail.

The publication, custody, and evidentiary form of Royal House Law shall be determined by the Sovereign.
