-
Law shall provide for the acquisition, confirmation, and loss of nationality, including by descent, naturalisation, registration, or other lawful modes as the Sovereign may determine.
-
No person shall be recognised as a national except upon lawful determination and entry in the register of nationality, save in cases where law provides temporary recognition pending registration.
-
The State may establish classes of nationality, including full nationals, protected persons, and honorary nationals, with the rights and duties of each determined by law.
