Article II — Sovereignty and Government of the Order

  1. The reigning Prince of Kaharagia shall be Sovereign of the Royal Order of the Kaharagian Eagle.
  2. The Sovereign may appoint a Grand Master from among the Members of the Royal House to exercise such ceremonial functions as the Sovereign may determine.
  3. A Chancellor of the Order shall be appointed by the Sovereign and shall be responsible for:
    1. The custody of the Statutes;
    2. The maintenance of the Registers of the Order;
    3. The keeping of the Seal;
    4. The administration of the affairs of the Order in accordance with these Statutes.
  4. All appointments, promotions, and any other acts relating to membership in the Order shall be made solely by the Sovereign.
