Article 50 — Amendment Procedure
- These Fundamental Laws and Principles may be amended only by solemn act of the Sovereign expressly declaring such amendment.
- An amendment shall identify the provisions amended, the text repealed or inserted, and the date of commencement.
- Amendments shall be authenticated in accordance with Article 40 and published in the Royal Kaharagian Gazette.
- The Sovereign may issue consolidated versions for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the authentic amending act prevails.
- Clerical errors may be corrected by authenticated erratum published in the Royal Kaharagian Gazette, without substantive change.
