Article 60 — Recognition of Foreign Juridical Acts
A juridical act validly performed under the law of the jurisdiction in which it was performed is recognised as valid in Kaharagia, provided that:
The act does not contravene the public order of Kaharagia.
The act is authenticated in the manner required by the law of the place of performance, or by apostille, legalisation, or consular certification.
Foreign civil status events, including births, marriages, divorces, and deaths, are recognised upon registration in the civil status register in accordance with Article 7 of this Code.
Recognition does not confer greater rights than the person would enjoy under Kaharagian law had the act been performed under this Code.
