Article 8 — Embodiment of the State
- The Sovereign embodies the unity, continuity, dignity, and authority of the State.
- Sovereign authority is vested in the person of the Sovereign and is transmitted through lawful succession in accordance with the Crown.
- Acts performed by the Sovereign in public capacity are acts of State.
- The style, titles, and insignia of the Sovereign are determined by Royal House Law or by Sovereign Decree.
- Public oaths and affirmations shall be sworn to the Crown as provided by law.
