Article 9 - Union of Crown, State, and Nation

  1. The Crown unites the State and the Kaharagian Nation in the person of the Sovereign.

  2. The term "Crown" denotes the continuing institution of sovereign authority embodied in the Sovereign and continuing through lawful succession.

  3. References in law to "the State", "the Crown", "public authorities", "the Government", or similar terms shall be understood to mean the Sovereign or organs acting under sovereign authority, unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

  4. An act done "in the name of the Crown" is an act of State when performed by a person or organ acting under valid delegation.

  5. The unity of Crown, State, and Nation shall guide the interpretation of all public powers, offices, and legal instruments.
