The State of the Kaharagians is a sovereign legal entity possessing perpetual continuity and full legal personality.
The State has capacity to acquire rights, assume obligations, hold and dispose of property, and to enter into juridical acts in accordance with law.
The State acts through the Sovereign and through organs and officials exercising delegated authority; acts performed within the scope of a valid delegation are acts of the State.
The official name of the State is "The State of the Kaharagians". The designations "State of Kaharagia", "Kaharagia", and "Principality of Kaharagia" are acceptable terminology and may be used where the context admits, but in all formal instruments and acts of sovereign authority the official name shall be preferred.
The legal personality and estate of the State are distinct from the private personality and estate of the Sovereign.
