Article 3 - The Kaharagian Nation

The Kaharagian Nation consists of all persons who possess Kaharagian nationality in accordance with law.

Nationality is a legal status defined by law and may be acquired, confirmed, and lost only in the manner provided by law.

For the purposes of this legal order, the State may recognise juridical persons created under Kaharagian law as Kaharagian legal persons, and may regulate their status by law.

Nationality entails allegiance to the Crown and entitlement to protection in accordance with law.

The official registers of nationality and civil status are authoritative evidence of membership in the Nation, subject to correction in accordance with law.
