Article IV — The Ribbon

  1. The Ribbon of the Decoration shall consist of the following proportions, measured horizontally from each outer edge toward the centre:
    • 10% Yellow
    • 14% Black
    • 9% Yellow
    • 34% Red (centre stripe)
    • 9% Yellow
    • 14% Black
    • 10% Yellow
  2. The authorised colour standards shall be:
    • Yellow — Pantone 123 C
    • Black — Pantone Black
    • Red — Pantone PMS 186 C
  3. No deviation from the approved colour standards or proportional arrangement shall be permitted without the express authorisation of the Sovereign.
