Article VI — Award and Register

1. The Sovereign is the sole Fountain of Honour in respect of this Decoration.
2. Awards shall be made by Letters Patent.
3. A permanent record of all awards shall be entered in the Register of Decorations, which shall be maintained by the Chancellery of the Royal Kaharagian Honours.
4. The Register shall record:
   • The name of the recipient;
   • The date of conferment;
   • The citation or grounds for award.
