Article 14 - Modes of Loss

1. Kaharagian nationality may be lost only:

1. By voluntary renunciation, in accordance with Article 15.
2. By deprivation, in accordance with Article 16.

2. The loss of nationality by a parent does not, by itself, affect the nationality of the parent's children, except where expressly provided by decree.
