Article 7 — Modes of Acquisition

  1. Nationality of Kaharagia may be acquired:
    1. By descent, in accordance with Article 8.
    2. By adoption, in accordance with Article 9.
    3. By marriage, in accordance with Article 10.
    4. By grant, in accordance with Article 11.
    5. By reacquisition, in accordance with Article 13.
  2. Unless otherwise provided, an application for any mode of acquisition shall be submitted to the Royal Chancellery, accompanied by such documents and evidence as the Chancellery may require. The Chancellery shall examine the application and submit it to the Sovereign with its recommendation.
