Article 6 - Publication and Recording

  1. Every sovereign decree conferring, confirming, or terminating nationality shall be:
  1. Published in the Royal Kaharagian Gazette to serve as public notice, unless the Sovereign determines, for reasons of state, that publication is contrary to national interests, in which case publication may be dispensed with or deferred.
  2. Recorded in the National Register of Kaharagian Nationals to constitute definitive legal proof.
  1. A decree takes effect on the date specified therein or, if no date is specified, on the date of its recording in the National Register.

  2. No person shall be deemed to have acquired or ceased to hold nationality unless the acquisition or loss is duly recorded in the National Register.
