Article 6 — Publication and Recording
- Every sovereign decree conferring, confirming, or terminating nationality shall be:
- Published in the Royal Kaharagian Gazette. The Sovereign may, for reasons of state, dispense with or defer publication.
- Recorded in the National Register of Kaharagian Nationals to constitute definitive legal proof.
- A decree takes effect on the date specified therein or, if no date is specified, on the date of its recording in the National Register.
- No person shall be deemed to have acquired or ceased to hold nationality unless the acquisition or loss is duly recorded in the National Register.
