Article 18 - National Register of Kaharagian Nationals

The National Register of Kaharagian Nationals is maintained and authenticated by the Royal Chancellery.

The Register shall record, for each national:
- The full name, date of birth, and parentage of the national.
- The mode, date, and decree by which nationality was acquired.
- The class of nationality held, in accordance with Article 3.
- Any change, suspension, or termination of nationality, with the date and decree.
- Such other particulars as the Chancellery may prescribe.

Entries in the Register shall be kept in perpetuity. An entry may be amended, annotated, or marked as closed, but shall not be expunged.

The Royal Chancellery is responsible for the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the Register, and shall establish procedures to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, or loss.
