Article 21 - Sovereign Prerogative

  1. The Sovereign may, by decree, admit or exclude individuals from nationality in circumstances not expressly provided for in this Code, where such action is deemed necessary in the interest of the State.

  2. In matters not expressly covered by this Code, questions relating to nationality shall be resolved by sovereign decree, taking into account the principles set forth herein and in the Fundamental Laws.

  3. The exercise of the prerogative under this Article shall be recorded in the National Register and, unless the Sovereign directs otherwise, published in the Royal Kaharagian Gazette.
